Welcome Baby Jediah! It has been an amazing spring so far at Field of Faithfulness Farm. The biggest and best news is the arrival of our 6th child, Jediah Levi Perdomo. Jediah arrived on February 28th at 4:13 am. We are so thankful to the Lord for this special gift as well as a smooth labor. Mom and baby are doing wonderful! The Goat Kids Also Arrived! We have had 11 does kid so far and the the farm is literally jumping with life! The human kids love to race the baby goats and play king of the rock pile. Nehemiah and Hannah especially love to pick up babies and help them "find" their mommies. Milk and Products Now AvailableWe are excited to announce that we now have milk and several of our products available. The goats continue to be fed organic, non-soy grain and forage daily on our 7 acres of pasture. The milk this year will be sold in sealed, plastic containers. Please give us 48 hours of notice so we can package the milk especially for you. Perdomo Sweep! Florida State Fair Goat Champions of Champions! They did it!! Each Perdomo placed 1st in their division to be the Champion of Champions at the State Fair! Noah for Juniors, Melina for Intermediates, and Isabel for Seniors. They each had the highest score after completing a skillathon test, record book, record book test, goat judging contest, showmanship, poster, and seminar. Isabel's top senior spot earns her $500 plus she competed in the Champion of Champions contest against all the species shown at the fair. They worked so hard getting ready for the fair and studying all the parts of goat, scorecard, products and marketing, classifications, and more in addition to physically working with their goats. What a joy they are and we rejoice in their accomplishment! To God be the glory! We will also be sending out a monthly newsletter with farm updates, products, and more. If you would be interested in receiving it, please e-mail us at [email protected]
